Legends Golf & Country Club Renovation Project

The country club renovation project at the Legends Golf & Country Club, Fort Myers, FL, is coming along quite nicely. BCBE Construction is proud of the work being completed and all is moving along with the schedule.

Over the last 2 weeks the following has been completed and/or began at the club:

• Interior slabs poured
• Stem walls installed and back filled at addition
• Rough mechanicals started at interior
• Insulation at baths
• New kitchen hoods delivered
• Rough mechanicals underway: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinkler
• Drywall in the bathrooms
• Exterior slab poured

Palmira Golf Club Renovations Coming Along Nicely

The golf club renovation project at the private & prestigious Palmira Golf Club in Bonita Springs is coming along nicely. BCBE Construction, Country Club General Contractor Specialist, is proud with how the project is moving forward.

BCBE has completed the following scope which is depicted by the photos below:

• Roof trusses completed
• Roof decking completed
• Fascia & interior framing underway
