BCBE Remodels Private Residence in Pelican Bay

BCBE Custom Homes is proud to announce the completion of a Naples remodeling home project in the prestigious neighborhood of Pelican Bay. BCBE Custom Homes completely renovated this 3,500 square foot house originally built in 1985.

This newly-redesigned home is perfect for entertaining around the kitchen as well as the exquisite pool/spa lanai area. The owners added a really sophisticated security system with cameras so that they can control the lights, thermostat, and security from one of their handheld devices such as an iPad or iPhone.


Besides completely remodeling the entire home and lanai, BCBE Construction updated all the windows, doors, and pool cage to the proper hurricane codes for Naples. We changed the electrical appliances to gas appliances by installing a propane tank in the ground. The homeowners added all new landscaping which BCBE Construction oversaw.
