BCBE Construction LLC Chosen to Build Aqua Tower II

BCBE Construction LLC is honored to have been chosen to be part of the team building the second tower at Aqua at Pelican Isle in Naples, Florida. BCBE Construction LLC has partnered with Stiles Construction, a general contractor located in Fort Lauderdale. The new 11-story, 32-unit luxury residential condominium building will be on Aqua's existing private marina in North Naples, with views of Wiggins Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. Construction began this month and is slated to be completed early 2017. 

Residences in the new tower will have terraces offering expansive views. They will range from 3,900 to more than 6,500 square feet, with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and either a living/family room or living/family room plus den. Design features include high ceilings, gourmet kitchens with gas cook-tops, sunlit back-to-front living areas, master suites with lavish bathrooms, and large closets. BCBE Construction Wins Three Sand Dollar Awards

BCBE Construction brought home three Sand Dollar Awards on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from the 2013 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Waldorf Astoria in Naples, Florida.

BCBE Construction won two awards within the Remodeling categories.  Whole House Remodel $400,000 - $499,999; this award was given for the remodel of a private residence in AQUA at Pelican Isle.  The interior remodel included modifications to enhance functional space, flow and visual appeal.  Additions of a vent-less gas fireplace in the family room created an anchor point for built-in custom cabinetry, custom wood beams and audio/visual components for a formal yet comfortable family gathering area.

Whole House Remodel $500,000 - $599,999; this award was given for the remodel of a private residence in Pelican Bay. The private residence was a full remodel of an existing 3,380 square foot 1980's ranch home and casita.  BCBE incorporated state of the art appliances, lighting, cabinetry and monitoring technologies. Low ceilings, soffits and doorways were raised throughout.  In the family room the ceiling was replaced with crisply painted vaulted wood planks and custom cabinetry was added to create both office and entertainment spaces for a comfortable family gathering area.

BCBE won for Best Clubhouse Interior for Palmira Golf Club. The addition of the Grill Room was a perfect complement to the already existing 36,000 square foot clubhouse.  The renovated lobby tied into this new space which allowed for a full commercial kitchen and an exquisite yet casual dining room with full bar that seats 150 guests.  The state of the art appliances, lighting, custom cabinetry, acoustical wall coverings, ceiling fabric and custom octagon wood ceiling enriches the entire member experience.
