BCBE Construction Wins Award for Vanderbilt Fitness Center

BCBE Construction was awarded a Sand Dollar on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from the Collier Building Industry Association at the 2014 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Ritz Tiburon in Naples, Florida. BCBE won for the Vanderbilt Country Club Fitness Center and Terrace Cafe in the Commercial Remodel category.

The Terrace Cafe is an open air structure in a transitional style with European influences and is the hub of activity for the active-minded member. This outdoor location services those lounging at the pool, playing tennis, or those simply wanting to enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch al fresco, Florida style.

The Fitness Center is approximately 5,000 square feet of conditioned air space and includes an exercise room, men's and women's locker rooms, comfort suites and an aerobics studio. Vanderbilt Country Club Fitness Center, Pro Shop and Activities Center Completed by BCBE Construction

BCBE Construction has completed the new Fitness Center and the remodeled Pro Shop and Activities Center at Vanderbilt Country Club in Naples, Florida. Vanderbilt hosted multiple Grand Openings this week to showcase the updated amenities. Vanderbilt Country Club Fitness Taking Shape

BCBE Construction continues building the new additions at Vanderbilt Country Club in Naples, Florida. BCBE has started the new stand alone Fitness Center and continues with renovations of the Pro Shop and Activities Building.

BCBE is currently working on and will be starting in the next two weeks the following for the Fitness Center and Clubhouse/Activities Building:

Fitness Center:

• Complete roof framing
• Complete roof dry in and load the roof tile
• Start interior metal framing
• Install window bucks and window frames

Clubhouse/Activities Building:

• Continue demolition throughout
• Start clearing and site work
• Continue structural concrete at the Activities Building and Pro Shop
• Start selective roof tile demo at tie-in areas
