Activities Flurry at Copperleaf Golf Club in Bonita Springs

Construction activity has been a flurry these past couple weeks at Copperleaf Golf Club in Bonita Springs with lots of activity on the Pool Cafe and Activity Center. BCBE Construction LLC is moving right along on the new additions at the Golf Club.

• Installing Trusses/Sheeting on the Pool Cafe
• Completing the Stucco and Painting the Copula on the Activity Center
• Finish Up Installing the Rough A/C Ducts in the Activity Center
• Installing the Interior Framing in the Activity Center
• Mounting Insulation in the Activity Center
• Install Steel Support Columns at the Guard House
• Forming the Tie-Beam on the Guard House

BCBE Construction LLC Initiates Copperleaf Golf Club's Renovations

BCBE Construction LLC, a General Contractor serving all of Florida for over 40 years, has started on Copperleaf Golf Club's recreational facility renovations. The recreational facility renovation includes a new activities building/fitness center, a new pool side cafe and dining area, new bocce courts, a renovated pool and spa, new shaded tennis viewing area, a new golf cart staging area and new entry structures.

Additionally, Copperleaf is making improvements to enhance the entry to the neighborhood. The guardhouse is being renovated to include covered drive lanes and to create a statement for the community's entry. The monument signs and surrounding landscape areas also being renewed. Simultaneous to those improvements, Copperleaf is also undergoing an overhaul to their golf course and tennis court area.

The new poolside cafe will feature a full kitchen that will cater to bocce and poolside dining, as well as serve the golfers as they head out to the back nine holes. A full service bar will create a social ambiance where members and guests can gather poolside. The new fitness center is approximately 3,500 square feet of conditioned air space and includes an exercise room, men's and women's locker rooms, an aerobics studio, and a meeting room. This new amenity affords the Copperleaf membership a variety of fitness options, including: golf and tennis fitness programs, cardio and strength training and multiple aerobic classes. The new facility offers convenience and state of the art equipment for Copperleaf home owners.

Project participants include Don Stevenson Designs (Architects), Select Structural (Structural Engineer), Pistocchi Engineering LLC (MEP Engineer), eMERGE Designs LLC (Landscape Architect), Grady Minor and Associates, and BCBE Construction LLC. These professionals work together with the Copperleaf Board Members and Management Team.
