Contemporary Design On The Rise

As a General Contractor, BCBE Construction LLC builds all types of custom homes and design styles. Recently, we have noticed a rising trend with the design of Contemporary styled homes.

A trend is defined as "what's hip or popular at a certain point in time". While contemporary style is not for everyone, it is an artwork and typically unique in design. Features included in a contemporary house design are often: strong, geometric shapes; use of natural light; an irregular, asymmetrical facade; clean lines and open floor plans. Many are built with green features such as eco-friendly materials and energy conserving HVAC and plumbing systems.

BCBE Construction LLC takes pride in keeping current with all of the very latest trends and technological advancements in the industry. Call for your complimentary consultation, (239) 643-3343. If you are in need of an architect or a designer, please give us a call and we will create the perfect team that suites your needs. Visit www.bcbecustomhomes.com for more information.

Seasonal Changes

In Southwest Florida, we do not experience many of the seasonal changes like most of the country does. We do however experience a population growth and a surge of business in the real estate, restaurant and retail industry beginning in late October and continuing on until Easter. This is what we call "season" and we love it when our Northern friends come down to enjoy the nicer weather and beautiful surroundings with us.

As you begin to plan your renovation projects this Fall, please keep in mind that BCBE Construction LLC has a vast amount of knowledge and experience and we offer complimentary consultation services.

BCBE offers the full spectrum of construction and interior remodeling services - from concept to completion. Each project, no matter the size, is delivered with award-winning attention to detail, superior quality and unrivaled customer service.

"The job that BCBE Construction did in completing this job to our 110% satisfaction was off the charts. From the very top management of the company to the project manager and finally the job superintendent, the level of work and professionalism they delivered was unparalleled."

You Get What You Pay For, and Then Some

BCBE Construction LLC has completed the 2015 Golf Magazine National Dream House in Talis Park in Naples, Florida. A team effort between Weber Design Group, Interiors by Design West and BCBE Construction LLC, this 6,216 square foot under air home features four bedrooms and a den, four and a half bathrooms, three garages and a golf cart garage. The home will be featured in the October issue of Golf Magazine.

BCBE Construction received the highest of compliments on the construction of the home and we are very proud of the team! Larry Harris said the following, "I just want to give a huge vote of well done and great job to the team of BCBE Construction. It was my good fortune to have a very good friend and business associate, Glenn Midnet, who owns Design West here in Naples, to ask me to finance a National Golf Magazine Dream Home project, that was being built here in Naples. Glenn had done a project for Golf Magazine several years ago, and they were so pleased with his work that they wanted to use him and his company again. Upon being awarded the contract to build this fabulous home, we made a last minute decision to contract with BCBE to build it.

When I say there were challenges early on completing this project in a timely fashion, it is an understatement. Our last minute decision to use BCBE caused them to get behind the 8 ball starting off on this project. We were beginning to second guess ourselves for choosing BCBE to begin with, because in our eyes things were not going well. Never before have I ever been more wrong about anything in my whole life. The job that BCBE Construction did in completing this job to our 110% satisfaction was off the charts. From the very top management of the company to the project manager and finally the job superintendent, the level of work and professionalism they delivered was unparalleled. I can only say that I have never been involved with making a better decision then having BCBE Construction LLC build this beautiful custom home for us. To make things all the better, I feel like I have made some great friends going forward.

I can only end by saying to anyone that has any type of construction project from very small to the very biggest, they cannot possibly go wrong in selecting BCBE Construction LLC for their construction needs. They are simply the very best at what they do. We MORE than got what we paid for."
