Vanderbilt Country Club Fitness Center Makes Progress

BCBE Construction continues with the Vanderbilt Country Club's new Fitness Center and the renovations of the Pro Shop and Activities Building in Naples, Florida. 

Get the latest update on what is happening now and what is coming up with the Fitness Center and the Clubhouse/Activities Building.  

Fitness Center:

• The Roof Has Dried In
• Installing Window Bucks and Window Frames
• Install Metal Framing For the Ceiling
• Wiring and Piping In the Walls and Ceiling
• Install of Ceiling Insulation 
• Window Frame and Pan Inspection 

Looking Ahead:

• Finish Install of the Window Frames
• Awaiting Delivery of Stucco Material and Delivery of Drywall
• Framing Inspection

Activities Building:

• Slab Has Been Poured
• Install Concrete Block 

Looking Ahead: 

• Truss Delivery
• Rough Carpentry
• Roof Demo
