Vanderbilt Country Club's Clubhouse Renovation Update

BCBE Construction continues with the Vanderbilt Country Club's Clubhouse renovation in Naples, FL. Vanderbilt Country Club has recently renovated most of the community's amenities starting with the Terrace Cafe, then moving to the activities building, the pro shop and the addition of the new stand alone Fitness Center and finishing with the main clubhouse.  The updates to the clubhouse will be sure to satisfy all of the needs of Vanderbilt Country Club residents.

BCBE is currently working on:

• Applying Stain to the Front Door
• Installing Ceiling Tiles in the Office and Kitchen
• Installing Light Trim in the Kitchen
• Framing and Electric Inspection for the Vista Room
• Completing the Install of the Framing in the Vista Room's Ceiling
• Installing Stained Trim at the Bar
• Continue Interior Painting

Looking Ahead:

• Install Ceiling Tile in the Kitchen
• Install Ceiling Grid in the Vista Room
• Install Flat Roof Material
• Install AC Duct in the Vista Room
• Finish Installing Framing in the Ceiling 
• Finish the Ceiling Above the Bar
• Install Carpet in the Multi-Purpose Room
• Re-install LP Gas Tank and Lines to the Building
• Cabinet Install in the Administrative Wing 
• Complete the Roof
• Installing Brick Pavers at the Pro Shop and the Rear of the Clubhouse
