Port Royal Custom Home in Naples Going Strong for BCBE Construction

BCBE Construction's new custom home in Port Royal is going very well. Vice President and Project Manager Brian Mayotte and Superintendent Craig Swiger are doing a wonderful job with this new custom home. This new home will offer 13,579 total square footage and 8,971 total square feet under air.

BCBE is currently working on the following with this custom home:

• BCBE is getting ready to pour the 1st floor tie-beam and Marcore concrete decks
• BCBE will be starting the the 2nd floor block walls and then will be followed the by the 2nd floor tie-beams
• At the same time BCBE will be getting ready to start conventionally framing the 1st floor roof over the Study, Exercise Room and Master Bathroom as well as the Front Porch
• BCBE will be forming and pouring the upturned beam at 2nd floor and setting lower roof trusses over garage and east side of house
• BCBE will also start the pool within the next few weeks and setting fire place Isokern box's as well

BCBE Construction has teamed up with Humphrey Rosal Architects to build this Port Royal home. Some unique features include that the entire home will be handicapped accessible, feature extensive ceiling details in every room, 3 fireplaces, 100 gallon fish tank, professional appliance package in the kitchen, exercise room, outdoor kitchen with range, grill, pizza oven, and generator. The home will also have a boat dock, Koi Pond with water features and pool & spa.

BCBE Completes Vanderbilt Country Club's Terrace Cafe

BCBE Construction recently completed Vanderbilt Country Club's new Terrace Cafe. BCBE teamed up with Humphrey Rosal Architects, Interior Design Firm Club Design Group, Mechanical Engineers Energy Concepts of SW Florida, Civil Engineer Community Engineering Services and the Vanderbilt Country Club Board Members. The project turned out beautifully and all were pleased! Congratulations to Superintendent Tony Hibbler and Vice President Field Operations Harry Engel on a job well done!

The Terrace Cafe offers covered seating for 64 members and guests, including 14 bar stools at the horseshoe-shaped bar. This outdoor spot will service those lounging at the pool, tennis players, fitness center users, and those simply wanting to enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch al fresco, Florida style.

Next up is that BCBE Construction will be constructing the new Fitness Center for Vanderbilt Country Club and then begin the renovation of the main Vanderbilt Country Club Clubhouse. Vanderbilt Country Club's Terrace Cafe Almost Complete!

Vanderbilt Country Club's Terrace Cafe is almost complete! BCBE Construction continues to work hard on this renovation project along with the other team members including Humphrey Rosal Architects and Club Design Group.

Over the last week BCBE has completed or is wrapping up the following:

• Permanent power has been established
• Equipment start up and testing is underway
• Final inspections are in progress
• Owner landscaping
• Final touch ups and punch in progress

Vanderbilt Country Club's Terrace Cafe is Looking Fantastic!

BCBE Construction continues to work on Vanderbilt Country Club's new Terrace Cafe. BCBE has completed or is working on the following: 

• The highly anticipated FPL transformer has been installed  
• Trellis, Railing and Pavers completed 
• Awning installed 
• Bar cabinets, stone and precast wrapping up. 
• Final items coming together as the project nears completion.

BCBE Construction Staff and Families Participate in Naples' St. Patrick's Day Parade

BCBE Construction's staff and families participated in the St. Patrick's Day Parade held earlier this March in downtown Naples, FL. BCBE Construction drove two BCBE trucks during the parade. A Leprechaun was in one truck throwing out green bead necklaces and there were staff & their families on a float being pulled by the other BCBE truck also throwing out green bead necklaces and candy to the crowd. This was a terrific parade with many parade entries and thousands in the crowd along the parade route which ran 1.8 miles down 3rd Street South, Naples 5th Ave., and along 6th Street South.
