Vanderbilt Country Club Clubhouse Renovation Update

BCBE Construction continues renovations at Vanderbilt Country Club's Clubhouse in Naples, FL. The renovations are moving quickly as more than half of the clubhouse is nearing completion.

BCBE is currently working on:

• Final Clean of the Kitchen
• Final Clean of the Administrative Wing 
• Complete the Installation of the Wood Trim in the Vista Room
• Finish Laying the Bar Area Floor Tile 
• Installing Water Softener for the Bar and Kitchen
• Final Grade Around the Building
  

Looking Ahead:

• Clean all of the Windows Inside and Outside
• Paint all of the Trim in the Vista Room and Paint the Final Coat on the Walls
• Install Grid Ceiling in the Vista Room
• Install Carpeting in the Private Dining Room
• Install the Bar Equipment
• Install Meter Can for the Electric
• Obtain Electricity in the Building
• Install Fire Alarms
