BCBE Construction LLC continues the renovations at the Sports Club at Mediterra in Naples, FL. The Sports Club is currently undergoing a remodel to the current facility with the fitness center and spa area expanding and the addition of a multi-purpose room. The exterior of the building is being repainted and a new roof is being installed.

Mediterra Sports Club Construction Update

BCBE Construction LLC began the expansion and renovation construction at the Mediterra Sports Club last month in Naples, Florida.  An updated aerial view of the project can be seen here.

Renovations continue and BCBE Construction LLC has recently completed the following on the project:

The steel columns were set for the Fitness Center. 

The stem wall was poured for the Fitness Center and the Multi-Purpose Room.

Underground plumbing and electrical were installed for the Fitness Center. 

The Multi-Purpose Room passed compaction test and inspection. We have completed construction pest control and installing the vapor barrier. 

CMU block has begun being laid for the Multi-Purpose Room and Fitness Center. 

Looking Ahead:

• The re-roofing of the Sports Club will begin within the next couple of weeks.
• The tie-beams for the Fitness Center and Multi-Purpose Room will be installed.

BCBE Construction LLC Begins Construction at Mediterra Sports Club

BCBE Construction LLC, a Naples premier general contractor, was chosen to renovate the Sports Club at Mediterra. The Sports Club features their top-rated tennis program with 7 Har-Tru clay tennis courts; a world-class fitness center with personal trainers, aerobics and exercise rooms; spa with sauna; outdoor heated pool; and a Wellness Center offering classes in health and nutrition.

The Sports Club is undergoing expansion and renovations to the current facility. The fitness center and spa area will be expanding to accommodate additional member participation. The building is growing with an addition of a multi-purpose room. The exterior of the building will be redone with new paint and a clay tile roof.

Copperleaf Golf Club Renovations Complete

BCBE Construction LLC, a general contractor in Southwest Florida, has completed Copperleaf Golf Club's amenity renovations. The recreational facility renovation included a new activities building/fitness center, a new pool side cafe and dining area, new bocce courts, a renovated pool and spa, new shaded tennis viewing area, a new golf cart staging area and new entry structures. The guard house was renovated to include covered drive lanes and refreshed monument signs and surrounding landscape areas.

The new poolside cafe features a full kitchen that caters to the bocce and poolside dining guests. The new 3,500 square foot fitness center includes an exercise room, men's and women's locker rooms, an aerobics studio and a meeting room. The new facility offers convenience and state of the art equipment for Copperleaf home owners.

BCBE Construction has completed Vanderbilt Country Club's Clubhouse renovations, which was a comprehensive remodel including both the interior and exterior of the clubhouse. The Clubhouse was expanded to allow for additional seating in the main dining room. The kitchen doubled in size to accommodate the members and large groups for weddings.
