BCBE Construction is with the customer every step of the way through the renovation and custom home process. During the pre-construction phase the project manager is there to assist our customers with their interior selections such as flooring, cabinetry and countertops. The project manager will meet with the vendors along with the customer to ensure they are completely satisfied with their selections. Once the construction process begins the customer will meet weekly with BCBE Construction and the architect. Weekly reports with a synopsis of what is currently going on and looking ahead are emailed from the superintendent to the customer complete with current photos. Following the completion of the project, BCBE Construction LLC has a single point of contact for all warranty issues and provides a 24-hour emergency service program. BCBE's warranty program/post construction services are unmatched by any other builder.
