BCBE Construction LLC Chosen to Build Aqua Tower II

BCBE Construction LLC is honored to have been chosen to be part of the team building the second tower at Aqua at Pelican Isle in Naples, Florida. BCBE Construction LLC has partnered with Stiles Construction, a general contractor located in Fort Lauderdale. The new 11-story, 32-unit luxury residential condominium building will be on Aqua's existing private marina in North Naples, with views of Wiggins Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. Construction began this month and is slated to be completed early 2017. 

Residences in the new tower will have terraces offering expansive views. They will range from 3,900 to more than 6,500 square feet, with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and either a living/family room or living/family room plus den. Design features include high ceilings, gourmet kitchens with gas cook-tops, sunlit back-to-front living areas, master suites with lavish bathrooms, and large closets.
