Construction Begins at The Remington

BCBE Construction, LLC has begun the exterior and interior renovation of the Remington at Bay Colony in Naples. This 22-story building with 75 luxury residences is one of the most well-appointed high rise condominiums located on the Gulf of Mexico.

The remodeled lobby area will be comprised of new natural stone flooring with decorative medallions; fresh paint; feature walls with back-lit onyx slabs; innovative and energy efficient LED lighting; and new wood trim with cleaner, simpler lines throughout. The ceiling will be modernized as it transitions from a barrel to a beautiful coffered space. Wood flooring will be installed in the Social Room and Pub Bar.

The exterior enhancements will include changes to both the east and west sides of the building. The entryway will offer improved landscaping, new arrival area pavers, and updated tile in the fountain. The Portico will be redone with new decorative stone frieze on the exterior and a new reflection pool.

The amenity area located west of the building will be waterproofed with a seamless monolithic membrane and new deck pavers will be installed. BCBE Construction LLC Chosen to Build Aqua Tower II

BCBE Construction LLC is honored to have been chosen to be part of the team building the second tower at Aqua at Pelican Isle in Naples, Florida. BCBE Construction LLC has partnered with Stiles Construction, a general contractor located in Fort Lauderdale. The new 11-story, 32-unit luxury residential condominium building will be on Aqua's existing private marina in North Naples, with views of Wiggins Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. Construction began this month and is slated to be completed early 2017.

Newspaper Rack Artwork Displayed Throughout Naples

The Naples Daily News put together a Student Newspaper Rack Art Contest for the local schools and the winning middle and high school was awarded a $1,000 scholarship. BCBE Construction LLC sponsored Saint Ann Catholic School with this project for the art students. All of the racks turned out amazing and will be displayed through Collier and South Lee county, be sure to check out the beautifully decorated racks throughout town.  

The contest benefited the Newspapers in Education program that provides newspapers, lessons, online activities and news links for Southwest Florida classrooms. Approximately 5,000 newspapers are delivered daily to the students.

BCBE Construction LLC's most recent custom home was featured in a pilot for "Million Dollar Listing Naples: Billionaire's Coast". The show will examine the rising Naples real estate market and episodes will showcase real estate listings starting from the beginning of the selling process to the close.

BCBE Wins Aurora Award

BCBE Construction brought home an Aurora Award on Saturday, July 26, 2014 during the 2014 Aurora Awards Gala hosted by the Florida Home Builders Association at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida. 

BCBE won for the Remodeling, Rehabilitation or Historical Restoration - Whole House Over $100,000 category - for a private residence in Grey Oaks in Naples, Florida. 

Joe Krastel, Senior Estimator/Project Manager accepted the award for BCBE Construction. BCBE was proud to have worked with interior design firm, Interiors by Design West, on this award winning project. The initial scope of the project was to renovate the kitchen and replace all of the windows and doors with impact glass; however, once the project began the scope was altered and the entire home was given a refreshed modern appearance.
