Mediterra Sports Club Renovation Update

BCBE Construction LLC continues the renovations at the Sports Club at Mediterra in Naples, FL. The Sports Club is currently undergoing a remodel to the current facility with the fitness center and spa area expanding and the addition of a multi-purpose room. The exterior of the building is being repainted and a new roof is being installed.

Currently working on:

• New Roof Tile Installation 
• New Flat Roof Installed at the Fitness Room 
• New Air Conditioning Handler Installed in the Fitness Addition
• Complete Spray Foam Insulation
• New Window and Door Frames for the New Multipurpose Room 
• Interior Framing is Being Installed in the Multipurpose Room

• Complete Electrical Rough
• Continue Roof Tile Installation
• Complete Framing 
• Begin Stucco Prep
