BCBE Completes a Remodeling Project at the Estuary at Grey Oaks

BCBE Construction recently completed a remodeling project at one of the homes in Estuary at Grey Oaks. BCBE added a second floor to this private residence which allowed the homeowners to enjoy an additional 1,300 square feet of living space.

The homeowners now have two more bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for their family and guests along with a small open area.

These guest suites each have their own bathrooms and large closest along with an outdoor sitting area.

BCBE Construction built over 88 of these villa homes in the Estuary at Grey Oak and have remodeled many of these homes, too, throughout the years. BCBE also built one of the largest custom homes within Estuary at Grey Oaks.

Legends Golf & Country Club Renovation Weekly Update

Legends Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers is coming along nicely. BCBE Construction along with BSSW Architects continue to move forward with this country club renovation.

Congratulations Interior Design Firm Collins & Dupont on the Sand Dollar Awards

Congratulations to Interior Design Firm Collins & Dupont on winning 6 Sand Dollar Awards from the Collier Building Association (CBIA) this past September 29, 2012. These awards signifies the highest level of professionalism and excellence in the industry. 

One of Collins & Dupont's Sand Dollar Awards was for the Whole House Remodel Category ($650,000-$799,00) Private Residence in Pelican Bay in which BCBE Construction was the General Contractor. BCBE and Collins & Dupont teamed up for an incredible remodeling project and it turned out fabulously! 

Congratulations to Collins & Dupont and BCBE Project Manager & Vice President Brian Mayotte as well as BCBE Superintendent Chris Kalina.

Legends Golf & Country Club Weekly Update

BCBE Construction continues with the golf club renovation at the Legends Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida. BCBE teamed up with BSSW Architects for this remodeling project for which the members are sure to enjoy once completed.

Palmira Golf Club Renovation

BCBE Construction is working hard on Palmira Golf Club's renovation. This new Grille Room will sure to be a hit with the membership this coming season. 

BCBE continues to work closely with McWard Architects on this project. The following items have been completed this past week:

• Prime painted finished drywall
• Installed posts for A/C screening on flat roof
• Prime painted exterior stucco and started to finish paint 
• Kitchen equipment delivered
• Poured sloped slab in foyer / member gallery
• Framed bump outs, hung drywall and finished drywall in foyer / members gallery
• Installed irrigation lines and sleeves for landscape lighting and fire pit gas
• Completed fire pit structure and stucco
• Installed ceiling grid at kitchen and service area
• Continuing wood trim and bar cabinet install
• Installed posts and sleeves for electrical master distribution panel
• Poured concrete pad for electrical transformer
• Completed stucco on new dumpster structure

BCBE Completes Condominium Renovation at AQUA at Pelican Isle

BCBE Construction recently completed a renovation to a homeowners' individual unit in AQUA at Pelican Isle, a high rise condominium, in Naples, Florida.

BCBE Construction was the General Contractor of this eleven-story luxury residential tower nestled on 10.45 acres at Vanderbilt Drive and Wiggins Pass in North Naples. The site is adjacent to the Cocohatchee River Park and the exclusive Pelican Isle Yacht Club.

BCBE renovated a homeowners' private residence by taking the original shell and remodeling it to make it a home that the homeowner had envisioned. This unit offered 3,590 square feet of air conditioned space. It housed 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a study.

BCBE Construction put in all the exquisite wood flooring, updated the kitchen with added finishes like tile back splash, upgraded drawer pulls, and lighting. BCBE also installed custom closest in the bedrooms and some bathrooms, added tile to the outdoor lanai areas, and painted the entire home.
