Copperleaf Golf Club Renovations

Renovations are moving along at Copperleaf Golf Club by BCBE Construction LLC. The recreational facility renovation includes a new activities building/fitness center, a new pool side cafe and dining area, new bocce courts, a renovated pool and spa, new shaded tennis viewing area, a new golf cart staging area and new entry structures.

What BCBE Construction is Currently Working on:

• Installing Tongue and Groove Cypress on the Ceiling in the Bar 
• Started Tile Work at the Pool Cafe 
• Installing the Plumbing Trim in the Activity Center 
• Fire Wrapped the Kitchen Hood Duct
• Passed the Fire Inspection and Light Test for the Kitchen Hood
• Completed Installing the Electrical Equipment/Meters (Passed Meter Inspections)
• Completed the Roof for the Golf Bag Kiosk and the Guard House 
• Began Final Grade in Cart Staging Area
• Bocce Courts are Ready for Water Supply and Drain Tie-in

Looking Ahead: 

• Completing the Bar Ceiling in the Pool Cafe
• Begin Laying the Tile in the Pool Cafe Bathrooms
• Install a Grease Trap in the Pool Cafe
• Finish the Activity Center Waste and Water Line
• Complete the Plumbing Trim Out in the Activity Center
• Finish the Electrical Trim Out in the Activity Center
• Begin Laying Pavers
