Renovations are moving along at Copperleaf Golf Club by BCBE Construction LLC. The recreational facility renovation includes a new activities building/fitness center, a new pool side cafe and dining area, new bocce courts, a renovated pool and spa, new shaded tennis viewing area, a new golf cart staging area and new entry structures.

• Installing Tongue and Groove Cypress on the Ceiling in the Bar 
• Started Tile Work at the Pool Cafe 
• Installing the Plumbing Trim in the Activity Center 
• Fire Wrapped the Kitchen Hood Duct

BCBE Construction Wins Award for Vanderbilt Fitness Center

BCBE Construction was awarded a Sand Dollar on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from the Collier Building Industry Association at the 2014 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Ritz Tiburon in Naples, Florida. BCBE won for the Vanderbilt Country Club Fitness Center and Terrace Cafe in the Commercial Remodel category.

The Terrace Cafe is an open air structure in a transitional style with European influences and is the hub of activity for the active-minded member. This outdoor location services those lounging at the pool, playing tennis, or those simply wanting to enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch al fresco, Florida style.

The Fitness Center is approximately 5,000 square feet of conditioned air space and includes an exercise room, men's and women's locker rooms, comfort suites and an aerobics studio. This amenity affords the Vanderbilt membership a variety of fitness options, including: golf fitness programs, cardio and strength training and multiple aerobic classes. It truly meets the individual fitness and wellness needs of the Vanderbilt member, no matter the desired level.

BCBE Construction was also a team member of a Sand Dollar award winning project, Best Kitchen Renovation for a Private Residence. The kitchen was completely remodeled with new custom cabinetry, quartz countertop, Wolf and Subzero appliances, and Kohler Margaux plumbing fixtures. The island was redone to accommodate seating inside the kitchen.

BCBE Construction Completes Vanderbilt Country Club Renovations

BCBE Construction has completed Vanderbilt Country Club's Clubhouse renovations, which was a comprehensive remodel including both the interior and exterior of the clubhouse. The Clubhouse was expanded to allow for additional seating in the main dining room. The kitchen doubled in size to accommodate the members and large groups for weddings. The expanded Bar and Lounge area, home to happy hour celebrations, provides an open and airy environment that offers a fantastic view of the beautiful golf course. The updated Grille Room provides a casual atmosphere for lunch and smaller events. The renovated Wedgewood and Waterford rooms provide ample space for meetings, card club groups, and other social events. The newly constructed Vanderbilt Room is a perfect venue for small private parties and family gatherings.
