BCBE Completes Remodel in Port Royal in Naples, FL

BCBE Construction has recently completed the renovation of a private residence in Port Royal in Naples, FL. The home was remodeled to give it a more modern lighter appearance and features the latest technology. 

Quality materials were used throughout with impact glass windows and doors; new powder coated aluminum shutters and railings; new LED recessed light fixtures throughout; Lutron lighting control and a distributed audio system. The appearance was enhanced with a complete interior and exterior re-paint; new Wolf and Subzero appliances; new custom cabinets; new pool pebble finish, waterline tile and travertine deck; new door hardware; and new carpet, wall coverings and decorative light fixtures. BCBE worked with Clive Daniel Home on the renovations of the kitchen as well as the color and hardware selections.

BCBE Completes Remodel in Grey Oaks in Naples, FL

BCBE Construction has completed a remodeling project in Grey Oaks in Naples, Fl. The initial scope of the project was to replace all of the windows and doors with impact glass; however, once the project began the scope was altered and the entire home was given a refreshed modern appearance. The home's exterior and interior were repainted to create a lighter and brighter facade.

The pool and outdoor living area were remodeled to bring the new modern look to the outside. The pool and fountain area were updated with Limestone pavers and castle rock. The waterline tile and spa went from a neutral look to bright Bermuda glass creating a refreshing blue pool. The summer outdoor kitchen was updated with new wood work, cabinetry, countertops, and a grand Limestone hood. Tongue and groove wood was added to the ceiling along the back side of the home above the fountains thus giving the living room a spectacular view. This home was renovated with every attention to detail.
