BCBE Construction LLC was presented with two awards on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from the Collier Building Industry Association at the 2016 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Ritz Tiburon in Naples, Florida.

Product Design of the Year was awarded for the 2015 Golf Dream Home. The two-story estate home located in Talis Park on the 14th hole encompasses 10,297 square feet with four bedrooms, four baths, upstairs game room, wine room and two radial wet bars. This home was built for entertaining guests with the beautiful views and ample space. It is truly the dream home for any golfer and family that enjoys taking advantage of the Florida lifestyle. 

BCBE Construction also won for Product Design of the Year for a private residence for the two-story contemporary style home in Royal Harbor. Situated on a canal featuring three bedrooms, four baths, open area kitchen and a screened-in koi pond. The outdoor living for this home is extraordinary beginning with the entry courtyard and fountain which offers a welcoming zen atmosphere complete with bamboo foliage.

BCBE Construction LLC Wins Multiple Sand Dollar Awards

BCBE Construction LLC was presented with four awards on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from the Collier Building Industry Association at the 2015 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Ritz Tiburon in Naples, Florida.

BCBE Construction received an award for Best Commercial Project/Remodel for the renovations that were completed at Vanderbilt Country Club. The clubhouse underwent a comprehensive remodel including both the interior and the exterior. The clubhouse was expanded to allow for additional seating in the main dining room with the kitchen doubling in size to accommodate the members and large groups for weddings. Additional square footage was added to the administration area and all of the social spaces were expanded in order to host events for the members and the general public. 

Best Smart Home for a custom home built in Royal Harbor. This custom home was built and designed with energy efficiency and technological innovations in mind. Some of these include: cisterns that are utilized for the irrigation and septic; solar resources which generate electricity and heat the water tank; LED lighting; and an Ultra Efficient Mitsubishi HVAC system. 

BCBE Construction won Whole House Remodel for a high rise renovation in AQUA at Pelican Isle. The home was renovated with new flooring throughout the interior and exterior of the home, new paint throughout, updated entry doors, modern plumbing fixtures, and stunning ceiling details. This residence was modified to entertain guests and create the luxurious ambiance that is sure to make everyone feel at home. 

The final award was for Best Kitchen Design for a custom home built in Port Royal. The Tuscan inspired kitchen was designed for gatherings with its spacious layout, large wine room and seating area featuring a fireplace. The kitchen features a barrel style roof with bricks and wood beams. Attention to detail was not spared in this house with all of the beautiful finish work and intricate ceilings.

BCBE Construction Wins Award for Vanderbilt Fitness Center

BCBE Construction was awarded a Sand Dollar on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from the Collier Building Industry Association at the 2014 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Ritz Tiburon in Naples, Florida. BCBE won for the Vanderbilt Country Club Fitness Center and Terrace Cafe in the Commercial Remodel category.

The Terrace Cafe is an open air structure in a transitional style with European influences and is the hub of activity for the active-minded member. This outdoor location services those lounging at the pool, playing tennis, or those simply wanting to enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch al fresco, Florida style.

The Fitness Center is approximately 5,000 square feet of conditioned air space and includes an exercise room, men's and women's locker rooms, comfort suites and an aerobics studio. This amenity affords the Vanderbilt membership a variety of fitness options, including: golf fitness programs, cardio and strength training and multiple aerobic classes. It truly meets the individual fitness and wellness needs of the Vanderbilt member, no matter the desired level.

BCBE Construction was also a team member of a Sand Dollar award winning project, Best Kitchen Renovation for a Private Residence. The kitchen was completely remodeled with new custom cabinetry, quartz countertop, Wolf and Subzero appliances, and Kohler Margaux plumbing fixtures. BCBE Construction Wins Three Sand Dollar Awards

BCBE Construction brought home three Sand Dollar Awards on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from the 2013 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Waldorf Astoria in Naples, Florida.

BCBE Construction won two awards within the Remodeling categories.  Whole House Remodel $400,000 - $499,999; this award was given for the remodel of a private residence in AQUA at Pelican Isle.  The interior remodel included modifications to enhance functional space, flow and visual appeal.  Additions of a vent-less gas fireplace in the family room created an anchor point for built-in custom cabinetry, custom wood beams and audio/visual components for a formal yet comfortable family gathering area.

Whole House Remodel $500,000 - $599,999; this award was given for the remodel of a private residence in Pelican Bay. The private residence was a full remodel of an existing 3,380 square foot 1980's ranch home and casita.  BCBE incorporated state of the art appliances, lighting, cabinetry and monitoring technologies. Low ceilings, soffits and doorways were raised throughout.  In the family room the ceiling was replaced with crisply painted vaulted wood planks and custom cabinetry was added to create both office and entertainment spaces for a comfortable family gathering area.

BCBE won for Best Clubhouse Interior for Palmira Golf Club. The addition of the Grill Room was a perfect complement to the already existing 36,000 square foot clubhouse.  The renovated lobby tied into this new space which allowed for a full commercial kitchen and an exquisite yet casual dining room with full bar that seats 150 guests.  The state of the art appliances, lighting, custom cabinetry, acoustical wall coverings, ceiling fabric and custom octagon wood ceiling enriches the entire member experience.
