BCBE Construction LLC, a Naples premier general contractor, was chosen to renovate the Sports Club at Mediterra. The Sports Club features their top-rated tennis program with 7 Har-Tru clay tennis courts; a world-class fitness center with personal trainers, aerobics and exercise rooms; spa with sauna; outdoor heated pool; and a Wellness Center offering classes in health and nutrition.

The Sports Club is undergoing expansion and renovations to the current facility. The fitness center and spa area will be expanding to accommodate additional member participation. The building is growing with an addition of a multi-purpose room. The exterior of the building will be redone with new paint and a clay tile roof.

Construction Continues at The Remington at Bay Colony

BCBE Construction, LLC is continuing the renovation work on the exterior and interior of The Remington at Bay Colony in Naples.

Construction has been moving along nicely. The lobby has already made a transition with the installation of the new ceiling and the framing of the back-lit onyx slab feature walls. New drywall was hung in the North and South corridors and currently the corridors, social room, pub and lobby are being prepped for painting. The natural stone flooring is being primed with the underlayment being laid.

Waterproofing of the exterior of the building is being installed and the block walls at the pool deck and front area are currently under construction.

Projected for next week is the continuation of framing and drywall of the onyx feature wall as well as the installation of underlayment and tile layout.

Construction Begins at The Remington

BCBE Construction, LLC has begun the exterior and interior renovation of the Remington at Bay Colony in Naples. This 22-story building with 75 luxury residences is one of the most well-appointed high rise condominiums located on the Gulf of Mexico.

The remodeled lobby area will be comprised of new natural stone flooring with decorative medallions; fresh paint; feature walls with back-lit onyx slabs; innovative and energy efficient LED lighting; and new wood trim with cleaner, simpler lines throughout. The ceiling will be modernized as it transitions from a barrel to a beautiful coffered space. Wood flooring will be installed in the Social Room and Pub Bar.

The exterior enhancements will include changes to both the east and west sides of the building. The entryway will offer improved landscaping, new arrival area pavers, and updated tile in the fountain. The Portico will be redone with new decorative stone frieze on the exterior and a new reflection pool.

The amenity area located west of the building will be waterproofed with a seamless monolithic membrane and new deck pavers will be installed. The pool and spa will be resurfaced with a pebbletec finish and new tile will be laid. Planter bowls will be placed around the pool to further highlight this newly updated oasis, adding to the wow factor. Glass railing will be installed around the grill area with the addition of a fire pit, providing a wonderful environment for nightly social gatherings.
